The Komagatake Ropeway (駒ヶ岳ロープウェイ Komagatake Rōpuwei?) is Japanese aerial lift line in Nagano Prefecture. This is the only line Chūō Alps Kankō (中央アルプス観光 Chūō Arupusu Kankō?, "Central Alps Sightseeing") operates. The company, a member of Meitetsu Group, also operates hotels and ski resorts. The line, opened in 1967, climbs Mount Komagatake (駒ヶ岳?). Its summit station, Senjōjiki, is known as the station with the highest altitude in the country, 2,611.5 m (8,567.9 ft).
