Description	Flag depicting the dynastic Arms of the Cyprus branch of the Komnenos [Comnenus, Comneno] family (c. 1184-1195), as used by the island's Governor Isaac Komnenos. In 1192, English king Richard I Lionheart conquered the island of Cyprus while en-route to Tyre and imprisoned Isaac Komnenos. On his return to England, Richard bestowed Isaac's Arms to the city of Portsmouth. Azure, an estoile above a crescent moon Or.
