Kolej Matrikulasi Labuan

[Kolej Matrikulasi Labuan][1] (Matriculation College of Labuan) is one of the nine colleges set up by the Malaysian Government to provide foundation courses for students entering the universities in Malaysia. The Malaysian matriculation program does not prepare students for abroad studies because the graduation certificate is only valid for universities in Malaysia.
Located on the island of Labuan, the college currently has 3000 students. Labuan Matriculation College also known as (LMC) offered three courses that is physical science, life science and accounting. LMC prepare Malaysian SPM holders for one year period before going for university the next following year.
LMC provides a very conducive place for study, where it provides an air-conditioned library packed with books in various titles for student references. Three cafeteria, student hall, six lecture hall, sports facilities, student activity center, mobile shop, groceries, mosque and six block of hostels.
One of LMC most important part is the academic center, where it consist of two large lecture hall that can hold up to 300 student at one time, four medium lecture hall that can hold around 200 student.
