Kojima Motoshige (小島職鎮?) (?-?) was a Japanese samurai of the Sengoku period who served the Uesugi clan. At first serving under the Jinbo, and receiving a notable level of reputation in comparison to his respective clansmen, by some variable means he eventually came under the influence of Uesugi Kenshin, subsequently defecting to the former around 1560. Becoming holder of Tawaya castle upon defection, Motoshige remained relatively neutral in his services up until the year of 1572, where he had presently crushed an Ikko-Ikki uprising within Etchu. Passing on his services to Oda Nobunaga at a variable moment following this incident, Motoshige's feats dominantly remain unknown, other than the recorded evidence of his lose of Tawaya after some means of conflicting circumstance with the Oda.
