Shift Out and Shift In characters kind of contradicts this page... Which one is wrong? --194.226.235.185 11:08, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
- Shift Out and Shift In characters is right: the Cyrillic/Latin character flow is swiched by a control character. There are uppercase and lowercase letters but they are on the same positions in the codepage. I'll check some references and will fix the article in the next days. --5ko 23:47, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
- Actually the Russian article has better documentation that can be used. --5ko 23:49, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
