Koikili Lertxundi Del Campo, known just as Koikili (born December 23, 1980 in Otxandio, Biscay), is a Spanish Basque footballer. He currently plays for Athletic Bilbao as a left back.
Playing fourth tier football just two seasons before moving to Athletic, he was signed from Segunda B team Sestao River for the start of the 2007-2008 season of La Liga. For much of the season's duration, he was first-choice, dislodging international Asier Del Horno.
