From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Koichi Sakamoto (坂本 浩一 Sakamoto Kōichi?, born in 1970) is a director of many popular TV shows. He directed eight Power Rangers series, and is one of the only few original crew members to remain with the franchise following its move to New Zealand in 2003. In addition, he worked in the productions of five others. He is a stunt man and stunt director, producer and writer. He also made an appearance as Tritor (uncredited) in the 2-part Power Rangers: Zeo episode, King For a Day (he only moved his lips, however, while his voice was done by Paul St. Peter). He is the husband of stunt woman Motoko Nagino. He trained The Jonas Brothers for a week and a half, in preparation for filming J.O.N.a.S.
