Kohtal

Kohtal, (also known as Lundi Kohtal, Landi Kohtal, Sukh Kohtal) is a geographic location near the border of Kandahar Afghanistan and Pakistan.

In his 2002 book, Holy War, Inc.: Inside the Secret World of Osama bin Laden, Peter L. Bergen describes Landi Khotal as a "one of the world's largest heroin-smuggling posts."[1]

Several captives held in extrajudicial detention in Guantanamo were suspected of attending the Kohtal training camp.[2][3]
