Koh Se-kai

Koh Se-kai (Chinese: 許世楷; pinyin: Xǔ Shìkǎi; pe̍h-oē-jī: Khó͘ Sè-khái) (1934-), political and historical scholar, an important leader of the Taiwan independence movement, was appointed in 2004 to be the Republic of China’s top representative to Japan.
