Kodinar is a city and a municipality in Junagadh district in the Indian state of Gujarat.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kodinar is a TALUKA place of Junagadh district . It contains 64 villages.Kodinar had a population of 32,606. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Kodinar has an average literacy rate of 67%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 74%, and female literacy is 59%. In Kodinar, 15% of the population is under 6 years of age.
