Kodikulam is a panchayath in Idukki district of Kerala state in India. It is about 12 kilometers east of Thodupuzha, the nearest town. People here are mainly farmers and rubber is the main plantation. Main centers in Kodikulam panchayath are East kodikulam, West Kodikulam, Parappuzha, Thennathoor,Thalakkampuram,chalakkamukku, Vellamchira and Vazhakkala. The population here contains of Hindus, Christians and Muslims.Chennamkode is the most beautiful village in Kodikulam panchayath.Mr.Albin Thomas Kattamkoottil ,working in South Indian Bank(Mob no: 9947399993) hails from Chennamkode.
