Kodi Smit-McPhee

Kodi Smit-McPhee (born 1996) is an Australian actor. Kodi has followed in the footsteps of his actor father, Andy McPhee, and actress sister Sianoa Smit-McPhee.

Kodi has had many roles in film and television, but is best known for his performance in the 2007 movie Romulus, My Father, acting beside Eric Bana. He recently won the 2007 AFI Best Young Actor Award for his role in the film.[1]

Kodi has also appeared in the Australian telemovie The King and the American television series Monarch Cove and Nightmares and Dreamscapes: From the Stories of Stephen King in the episode titled Umney's Last Case. When not acting Kodi is currently in Grade 5 at school.

He is slated to play the unnamed son of Viggo Mortensen's also unnamed character in the big screen adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's Pulitzer Prize winning The Road.[2]
