KODI Institute

Kosovar Research and Documentation Institute (KODI Institute) is a Priština-based think tank that aims to assist the Kosovar society, political actors, and the international community in the transition process, from totalitarian rule to democracy, through the strengthening of democratic institutions and the rule of law, respect for human rights, and integration of Kosovo and the rest of Southeastern Europe into the European Union. By closely cooperating with all political actors, society and the media, KODI Institute seeks to identify human rights violations against the inhabitants of Kosovo before, during, and after the war; to stimulate the process of facing and overcoming the past; to analyze ethnic relations in Kosovo and elsewhere, to promote regional cooperation; and to offer policy recommendations and solutions to different actors and stakeholders in the area of public policy.
