Ko Ji Yong (born July 1, 1980) is a former vocalist and rapper from the group Sechs Kies and has become an actor after Sechs Kies had ended. He was one of Sechs Kies most well known member because of his voice while singing. Since Sechs Kies ended, he took an interest to become an actor. While showing interest in acting, he was in an internet program host to help young teenagers as counsellor called "Teenager's Email" on Channel Law. Though he worked as a consuler, he felt burdened because he was in his early 20s. Almost years later, he appeared on stage with his former Sechs Kies leader Eun Ji Won and Kang Sung Hoon performing Ji Won's song "Never Ever". After the performance, people started to wonder if Ji Yong would pursue a solo career. Instead, he moved into the United States in Los Angeles. It is said that he does not give any autographs anymore because he has decided Sechs Kies is already gone. He is known for his voice and his neck length. Despite not choosing a career in music, he was involved in Kang Sung Hoon's first album.
