I just added city infobox, few sentences and image from wiki commons gallery. I also temporarly commented out image of Jews execution (it's article about Konskie, not Jews of Konskie after all), it should be brought back after:

• it is confirmed that presented execution has taken place near Konskie
• history information will be expanded enough with actual information
