KNWS-AM, known on-air as Faith 1090 KNWS, or by the network name Faith Radio, is a radio station in Waterloo, Iowa, that is owned and operated by Northwestern College in Roseville, Minnesota and supported by donations from the local community throughout the year and a once-per-year share-a-thon. It broadcasts on 1090 AM, covering Waterloo, Iowa and surrounding areas in eastern Iowa. KNWS-AM is licensed to broadcast during daylight hours only. The internet provides worldwide listening capability.

Programming is nearly 100 percent satellite delivered, produced by Northwestern College Media.

The format is mainly Christian talk and teaching, with programs such as Focus on the Family with James Dobson; Family Life Today with Dennis Rainey; Insight for Living with Chuck Swindoll; Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram; In Touch with Charles Stanley; Homeword with Jim Burns; Walk In The Word with James McDonald; Just Thinking with Ravi Zacharias; and others. Proprietary programs produced by Northwestern Media include the morning program (7:00-8:30 am) "New Day" hosted by Neil Stavem & Don Rupp; and "Along the Way" with Kim Ketola (12:00 noon to 2:00 pm). Of these programs, "Along the Way" features live local listener interaction via telephone.

KNWS AM's sister station Life 101.9 KNWS-FM broadcasts a format of Contemporary Christian music.
