Knowledge & Innocence is the title of the first solo album by Daniel Amos frontman, Terry Scott Taylor, released in 1986 on Shadow Records.
Most of the songs on Knowledge & Innocence were written after the death of Taylor's grandfather and the miscarriage of his and his wife's first child.

- Although the two were close friends since the 1970s, this album marks the first time that Taylor and singer/songwriter Randy Stonehill have ever recorded a duet together. The two friends join forces on the William Blake inspired, "Song of Innocence."
- Taylor's original hand drawn sketch of the cover artwork was auctioned off at the Cornerstone Music Festival in 1990.
