Knockout may refer to:

  • Gene knockout, a form of genetically engineered organism
  • A partially punched opening meant for optional later removal, particularly in electrical enclosures.
  • Used in warfare to refer to any vehicle that is rendered non-functional but not completely destroyed by enemy fire.
