Shouldn't Witold Lutoslawski be on this page? I have heard from many sources- including his page on this website- that he was a recipient of the Order of the White Eagle...

Fell free to add him to the list (and others) - the list is incomplete--Witkacy 23:38, 29 May 2005 (UTC)

[edit] alphabetical order

The names should be ordered alphabetically by FAMILY names, not by first names (with one exception of Pope John Paul II). So, the family Radziwiłł together, family Poniatowski ect. In Polish, the person is introduced in order "First name, Family name" but alphabetical order is always by Family name. I corrected it. (so, it is no more "Adam Kazimierz Czartoryski, Adam Stefan Sapieha..." order but "Leszek Balcerowicz, Władysław Bartoszewski..." order) Merewyn 11:31, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
