Knights of Runes

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Knights of Runes [1] is an occult order based in the United States of America dedicated to the revival and study of the Armanen runes of Guido von List.

The order was established by Karl Hans Welz upon his emigration to the USA from Austria.

The order is now headed by Larry E. Camp (aka Dietrich) based in Ohio, the head of Europa Ltd [2] and the head of Armanen [3] after Welz left to sell his Orgone generators. Note from The Knights of Runes website:

The leadership of the Knights of Runes know the demands of true Armanism and do not take it lightly. Why would we? Our ancestors certainly didn't and we do not let them down. Nor did the Armanen Masters and the Adepts of bygone ages who saved the true secrets...

We are most certainly not a religious Order. We are founded upon the Sacred 18 Runes. However, we are conscious of the fact that Armanism is and always will be a folk-centered esoteric branch of the sacred Germanic pre-Christian religion which today has many names (Irminism, Asatru, Wodanism etc). The Ur-Germanic root religion is the exoteric expression of true esoteric Armanism. However, as the Armanen, we realize that many of our Ur-Secrets went underground and have yet to be decoded...

We do not have any agenda and will not bow down to anyone who attempts to force one on us, be it universalist or racialist. The Armanen are the Armanen. If you count yourself amongst us, contact us.

Alaf sig runa!
