[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:GB Christmas Aerogram.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:GB Christmas Aerogram.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 07:13, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Biology prefixes & suffixes
Hi. I've just discovered that -phyte, phyto- etc. have been moved to wiktionary. I've no problem with that decision, however, I'd like to check that all of the relevant data from the source articles have been transferred appropriately. I don't appear to be able to find the original articles here, or there, or at Transwiki, however. Would you be able to help me track them down. Thanks SP-KP (talk) 13:57, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
- We (Wiktionary that is) have had wikt:-phyte since March 2006 and wikt:phyto- since September 2006. Languishing in the Transwiki system is wikt:Transwiki:Phyto- but I can't see a similar -Phyte entry. Jeff Knaggs (talk) 14:21, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for Phyto. I think I've tracked down the editor who transwikied -Phyte, so I'll ask him/her about that one. SP-KP (talk) 16:37, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
