I have never heard of "Knatten" before, I live in Sweden, and even checked it on a mapsite. It couldn't find neither Knatten nor Knattenberget, so I assume it is a joke. Most likely, because there exist an swedish internet phenomena consisting of a cat called Knatten making fun of politicians and such.
