KNAV is a Spanish language Genesis Television Network affiliate serving the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, operated by Tuck Properties. It is not available on either Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, or Verizon FiOS at this time.

KNAV has emerged as the Almavision affiliate, showing Spanish religious programming. However, in mid 2006, KNAV has abandoned Almavision in favor of the new locally produced Genesis Television Network which still maintains its religious format to this day.

As a low-power station, KNAV-LP will not be required to turn off its analog signal on February 19, 2009, which is the end of the digital TV conversion period for full-service stations.[1] However, KNAV-LP holds a construction permit to begin broadcasting a digital signal on VHF channel 12.[2]
