The article says: "Klooga, Estonia – A town in Harjumaa, Estonia with a population of approximately 8,000 citizens as of 2004." Can this really be true? The whole of Keila Parish, which includes the small boroughs Klooga, Lehola, Keila-Joa and Karjaküla, has only 4,294 inhabitants according to the parish's home page at http://www.keilavald.ee/keila-vald/vald/ueldinfo.html, as retrieved today, and I am not aware of any massive population changes in the last few decades.
