KLNV (106.5 FM, "La Nueva 106.5") is a Spanish language radio station. It is owned, alongside with KLQV by Univision. Its antenna is located at the same site of KSON and KOGO.
For years, this was KKLQ, "Q106," a top 40 hit station. KKLQ was also heard on KOGO, 600 AM, as part of a simulcast. Before KKLQ, this was the original KPRI, playing a rock format.
Q106 was owned by Edens Broadcasting, along with KOY-FM (Y95) in Phoenix, Arizona, WRBQ (Q105) in Tampa, Florida, and WRVQ (Q94) in Richmond, Virginia. All 4 stations were top 40 stations.
