KLCC Property Holdings Berhad (KLCCP) is a Malaysian property development company, incorporated in Malaysia as a public limited company on 7 February 2004. Shares of the company were listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Berhad on 18 August 2004 (MYX: 5089).

The 40-hectare (100 acre) Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) project, which ranks among the largest real-estate development in the world, is the redevelopment of the former Selangor Turf Club and Race Course. The site is strategically located, within the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. KLCC was born out of a vision to create a place where people can work, live, visit, shop and enjoy leisure and cultural activities in a convenient and pleasant environement. The integrated mixed-use development is a landmark providing more than 1.6 million m² (18.3 million sq ft) of commercial, retail, office, hotel, residential, entertainment, convention and exhibition facilities within a park setting.

KLCCP's subsidiaries and associate company own the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Menara ExxonMobil and Menara Maxis which are located at the KLCC.

In addition, KLCCP also owns Menara Dayabumi, a 36-storey purpose built office building with an annexed 6-storey office cum retail podium known as City Point.
