- The topic indeed borders on the edge of low-importance if not for the confusion brought by IATA that assigns Palanga International Airport as Klaipeda's own. Commercial entities have begun placing objects physically located in Palanga in the middle of Klaipeda and vice versa. Humbly suggest to upgrade to mid-importance. CAA Lithuania has stated it would release NOTAMs for PLQ RWY expansion at the begining of December 2007. Waiting for that to happen to elaborate both on KLJ and PLQ to get out of stub to start
