Klazomania

Klazomania refers to compulsive shouting.[1] It can be a complex tic, like echolalia, palilalia and coprolalia, although tics "may be challenging to differentiate from compulsions";[2] all can be symptoms of Tourette syndrome, Asperger syndrome, or autism.
