Klamath and Salmon Indian Wars

Klamath and Salmon Indian Wars was an American Indian battle which occurred in Oregon Territory and Idaho[1] in the first few months of the year 1855, (January - March). The Klamath are a Native American tribe originating in Southern Oregon and are of the Plateau culture.[2]
This battle is not to be confused with the Rogue River Wars which occurred in 1852 during the months of June 17 to July 3: 1953 during August 8 to September 1853 and 1856 from March to June.
