Kjell Carlström (born October 18, 1976 in Porvoo) is a Finnish road racing cyclist. He has raced in the Tour de France in 2005, 2006 and 2007. His best performance so far in the Tour de France has been 2nd place on the 8th stage in the 2006 Tour de France.

He is a member of Team Liquigas.
