Covering the North East Coast of Zanzibar, this full of activity beach is strecthed along with a number of hotels and resorts, ranging from clubs to 5 star luxury hotels. To name a few, Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski Hotel, Vera Club, Venta Club, Mapenzi Hotel e.t.c.
Mostly known on the beach is the good old Pontile club, organized by Sea Club and the newly evolved Kiwengwa Beach Party or Rain Dance Party organized by Zamani Zanizbar Kempinski Hotel and held at their private Zamani Beach Club.
The Beach is well known with its water sports activities, the closest access to Mnemba Atoll, Safe beach walks and alot more.
