Take note the image had to be postprocessed a little to return the colour as in reality, due to the cameras incapacity to accurately measure it in the given lighting conditions. Photo is taken with spoon pointing vertically, in order to show holding power, its semi-gelatinous nature, and its overall consistency. ( I would have had no qualms about leaving it like that for at least half an hour without concern for it moving off, but I would rather eat instead :) ) TheJackal 17:59, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
