kitsonk is often a handle used by Kitson P. Kelly. Kit was born in Phoenix, Arizona in the summer of 1973. His parents are Cynthia J. Kelly and Patrick H. Kelly. His only sibling is his sister, Molly M. Kelly, who is two years, two months and two weeks younger than him.
Kitson's former employers include: Taco Bell, McDondalds, Sunday's Ice Cream and Eatery, Radio Shack, One 2 One Communications, Self-Employeed, Franklin Quest, MicroAge, Ameritech and eLoyalty.
In the fall of 1997, Kit relocated to the suburbs of Chicago in order to work for Ameritech. In January of 1998 he joined Technology Solutions Company, which in turn became eLoyalty Corporation. Kit continues to work for eLoyalty to this day.
Kit's main job is Contact Center Architect. His responsabilties are to design and deploy large scale telecommunications solutions for clients. His clients have included over the years: AIG, Van Kampen Funds, Axel Springer Verlag, Club Med, Capita-BBC, Vodafone Ireland, Allstate, United Airlines, SBC and Bally Total Fitness.
This is why you may see a telecom or call center slant to most of his contributions.
