Kithaur is a town and a nagar panchayat in Meerut district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kithaur had a population of 23,510. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Kithaur has an average literacy rate of 42%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 52%, and female literacy is 32%. In Kithaur, 21% of the population is under 6 years of age.
