Catherine "Kit" Hoover (born July 29, 1970 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American TV personality and broadcast journalist best known for her stints on the MTV reality series Road Rules and as hostess of the ESPN2 morning program Cold Pizza (2003-2005).

In 1995, she was a member of the inaugural season of MTV's Road Rules. She was also featured on American Journal, concentrating on entertainment stories, and as the host of Showtime free preview weekend, where she served as the correspondent for the Evander Holyfield-Vaughn Bean championship fight. [1] Kit joined Fox News in 1998 as a correspondent for Fox Broadcasting Company's newsmagazine FOX Files and also served as a correspondent for such shows as The Pulse and Celebrity Spotlight, the latter of which she also served as a co-host.

In 2003, Hoover left Fox News to host ESPN2's morning program Cold Pizza. In addition to her duties hosting Cold Pizza, she became a judge on ESPN's reality contest Dream Job. In March 2005, she, along with Cold Pizza co-host Thea Andrews, were replaced by Dana Jacobson. Since then, Kit has appeared less on television and only covered tennis events for ESPN, such as Wimbledon and the French Open in 2005. After failing to agree on a new role for her, Hoover left ESPN in the latter half of 2005.

In 2006, Kit Hoover joined the TV Guide Channel as a correspondent.

A native of Atlanta, Hoover received a B.A. in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1992. She is married to producer Crowley Sullivan and has two children. [2]

In 2008, Kit Hoover hosts Six Flags TV at the multiple Six Flags Theme Parks around the U.S.
