[edit] Genre
Look, I know Lemmy said on hundreds of occasions that they "play rock 'n' roll", but they're percieved as a heavy metal band by the broader audience. So, let's just stick to that, ok? Roda 19:55, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
this topic is covered on every page related with Motorhead, just delete it don't start talking about it.
[edit] the cover ?
Found this thing:

if that is the cover it is probably one of the worst they've ever had
- I thought the worst was the one they didn't have for Ace of Spades (song; live)! :p --Alf melmac 16:38, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
I meant of the studio albums...i found this: http://forum.sharevirus.com/viewtopic.php?p=84082
- That cover is not real. However, it may have been used for the Prerelease, and, in fact, it probably was. --Helioshockwave 17:22, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
- The cover on here now is the one on the SPV release at least. It's not Petagno's best, it's all in black and white for a start, reminds me of No Remorse. However, it does smell nice! Bubba hotep 13:38, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] 14th track
can anyone varyfie the extra tracked that's mentioned?
- The rumored fourteenth track seems to not exist. --Helioshockwave 17:20, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
- : There are only thirteen tracks on the special editions of the album, but the thirteenth track is different on the different limited editions. One edition has the Ramones track and another edition has the whiplash track. --Stieg 18.02, 27 June 2007
[edit] R.A.M.O.N.E.S.
how is the Ramones track different, try to post the song on the article
- Bump. Is it a new recording (and if so for what purpose) or just the 1916 cut? --kingboyk 20:44, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
- From reading elsewhere it would appear to be a remake, with the current lineup. --kingboyk 00:12, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Whiplash
is this the same recording as on the Metallic Attack: Metallica Ultimate Tribute?
- It seems to be, yes. That's not from a reliable source, just my listening :) --kingboyk 00:12, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
It is, though I can't seem to varify it at the moment. They actually got a grammy for it for "best metal performance" in 2004 ( link: http://www.grammy.com/GRAMMY_Awards/Winners/Results.aspx?title=&winner=mot%C3%B6rhead&year=0&genreID=0&hp=1 ) Stieg (talk) 21:34, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Zoli Teglas
Who is Zoli Teglas?Lemmy the lurch 03:14, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
- You probably know by now, but he's lead singer with US hardcore punk band, Ignite. I've got one of their CDs, he's got a strange voice – I will have to listen a bit closer to see if I can hear him. Got album today – only on it's fourth play so far! Bubba hotep 13:41, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Translations
What do the words in the booklet mean ---'Nati vt victi, omnes moritvri nemimi crede, age solvte ambvlare per plvrimarvm anima rvm oceanvm pedes vlx madefacit qvodcvmqve facis, nos primi, et melivs, fecimvs'---Lemmy the lurch 03:45, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
-
- The best I could come up with on some translation website (after changing some of the Vs to Us) was "Nation when victor omnes morituri nemimi to believe age loosening to walk very plurimarum breath rum oceanum going on foot ulx madefacit whatsoever a bundle , we first , and better fecimus" - hmmm, no wonder wars are started!
