Kirk D. Hughes is the Director of Production Operations for Settlement Capital Corporation [1]in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Hughes is directly responsible for the Production process including Buying, Underwriting and Closing of files. Mr. Hughes has most recently been instrumental in establishing and contributing articles to blog.setcap.com [2] which is used to help educate settlement professionals about the Settlement Factoring Industry.
