[edit] Replacement image

Image:Kirkstall Abbey ground plan.GIF is a much better quality image and a suitable replacement for Image:Kirkstall abbey.jpg which is due for deletion. The numbering is different however, but it can be retrieved from http://www.kirkstall.org.uk/abbey/abbeymap.html

I'll sort it out later if no one gets there first. - Papa November 1 08:44, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Renumbering done. However, there are disagreements between the article and the Kirkstall Abbey abbey page whose link is given above. Most obvious may be the discussion of the collection of rooms to the southeast of the abbey. Unfortunately, I don't know a thing about the design and layout of abbeys in general, or the history of Kirkstall, so I'm afraid I'm unable to fix this. Anyone? --Badger151 03:38, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Groundplan

The issue on the groundplan that I refer to in my edit synopsis is noted above: the numbers in the plan don't always seem to follow the text. Sorry to direct folks here for something I shoud have seen myself on this page --Badger151 02:38, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
