I think you should consider how many articles we currently have on Kiribati people - less than a dozen, and many of those will not be of sufficient length or quality to go on the portal. It might be better to use for the selected article section to include biographies in the range of article it uses. I am also unsure whether there is currently an adequate supply of pictures to keep that section running, unless you plan to use mainly satellite images.
I suggest you make a list here of the articles and pictures that you plan to use for the first half dozen rotations. You don't need to do the writeups yet, but to establish that there is sufficient material, and to get feedback.-gadfium 23:01, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
