Kirtinagar is a town and a nagar panchayat in Tehri Garhwal district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kirtinagar had a population of 1040. Males constitute 57% of the population and females 43%. Kirtinagar has an average literacy rate of 76%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 80%, and female literacy is 70%. In Kirtinagar, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
