Kirk Baily is an American actor and voice actor.

Born in 1952, Baily did not become an actor until 1988 (at approximately age 36). His first notable role came in 1991, as camp counselor Kevin "Ug" Lee in Nikelodeon's Salute Your Shorts.

After that show ended, Baily has occasionally guest-starred in television shows, movies, and has dedicated much of his career to being a professional voice actor[1]. He has provided voices for the English-dubbed versions of many Japanese anime films. More recently, he has provided voices for the children's films Over the Hedge and Open Season[1]. He also starred in the movie Houseguest and The Sixth Man.
