Kirk Anderson is a resident of Oakdale on the American TV soap opera, As the World Turns.

He was hired at Walsh Enterprises. He became attracted to Iva Snyder. His first asighnment for Lucinda Walsh was to get (buy) the Snyder Farm. While Kirt wanted to kisse Iva, she didn't want him to play games with her heart. Then she found out his pased. He had abandoned his wife, Lenore Carpender and two children, Linda and Stephen Anderson. He ran off with his boss, Adelaide Fitzgibbons. Iva left him for that. He went to Quebec to find his wife and see his kids. He proposed they get married but she left him a note saying she wasn't ready. He ended up having a one-night stand with Ellie Snyder. They got married on a yacht. Kirk became friends with Connor Jamison, who was really Connor Walsh. Kirk wanted to become CEO of Walsh Enterprises and when Elie saw how he was going to get it she left him. Realizing she still loved him, they reunited. ELie was pregnant and when she learned that her child would be deformed she wanted an abortion and Kirk with Meg, her sister told her off. When Kirk was going to forgive he she had left town. He then tarted working for Lucinda at her new company, WorldWide. Kirk wanted to marry her half-sister, Samantha to bilk Lucinda out of money and the company. Kirk and Samantha on Lucinda's lawn. Later he was presumed dead after going overboard in the ocean. He returned alive and well and him and Samantha married on Christmas Eve. Kirk was doing buisness with a double crosser, Umberto Malzone. Kirk wanted to murder him and when Samantha found up he took her hostage. James Stenbeck shot him and he went to jail. Samantha told him she'd help get him out of jail if he helped her. When he was released he tried to get WorldWide from Lucinda. He ended up working for her. Eventually they disapeared on a pier.
