Kirby Congdon is a poet, essayist and novelist based in Key West and Fire Island. His Novels are prose poems of people in Old Mystic Connecticut sixty-five years ago. His bibliography, compiled by Ray Longtin, covers 62 carefully-edited pages. His Selected Poems appeared in 2005. As the editor of Cycle Press and Interim Books, he published hundreds of poets including Richard Kostelanetz, Michael Andre, Harry Smith and Gregory Corso.
