This image is derived from the Russian version of Wikipedia. I don't understand Russian, but if someone who does could look at this link: [1] and define what is being said there, perhaps they can reveal the source of the image. Until then, it'll have to be assumed by the English Wikipedia that the Russian user who uploaded that image screenshotted it themselves.
