Kip Noll (born 1958) was an American pornographic actor who appeared in gay pornographic movies and magazines in the 1970s and 1980s.

Noll, who was a lean-muscled, shaggy-haired, free-spirited surfer type, achieved a certain iconic status in the newly liberated gay culture of the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was introduced into the gay porn industry by director William Higgins. After Kip's success, several (unrelated) models in the same mold were presented as his "brothers"—Scott, Jeff, Bob, and Mark Noll.

Kip starred with fellow twink Leo Ford in a string of Higgins titles in the early 1980s, mostly set outdoors in California or Hawaii. He performed in both the top and bottom roles.

He retired from porn in the mid-1980s and vanished entirely from the gay scene. It has been reported that he is married with children.
