Kiosk (KDE)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kiosk is a framework that allows a user to restrict the capabilities of the KDE environment. It was originally designed for computer kiosks. Kiosks require a very stripped down and controlled environment to prevent users from doing anything harmful. The Kiosk framework proves to be useful for enterprise environments where users need to be restricted to what software they can use.
