[edit] Name

Is it truly named for Kingsway in London? Locally, I've been told that it is named for King Edward VII. Fishhead64 19:34, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Definitely possible since King Edward died in 1910, 3 years before Westminster Road (also Vancouver Road) was renamed to Kingsway. Another possibility is that King George V visited Vancouver in 1901 with his wife when he was the Duke of Cornwall. --Usgnus 20:59, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Picture at Dumfries

The Dumfries-area picture seems of low quality. Can a better one be added? If not, I propose it be removed. Thoughts? Thanks, Hu Gadarn 20:12, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
