Weren't the ships out of Kingston operated by the Provincial Marine until the Royal Navy took over in 1812 or 1813? If so, did the Marine operate the dockyard as well, or was it also RN? David 19:58, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

I have assessed this as a Stub Class, as its current form lends more to a collection of facts rather than an article, and as low importance, as I do not feel that most readers would be familiar with the topic of the article. Cheers, CP 01:12, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
