The page claims that the creation was favored by Toda, who wanted all of her sons to be kings of somewhere, but Ramiro was not Toda's son. Is Teresa (Ramiro's mother) meant here? I have seen it suggested that she pushed Garcia to name Ramiro his successor, disinheriting her step-son Sancho, and that this creation was a compromise. Agricolae 16:20, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
