The trivia should remain as it is and the article is fine. Unless the moderators will edit all the Capcom fighter's articles also (which by the way have much more fantasy embedded than this one), we should keep the article as it is. Panda
[edit] ARTICLE SHOULD BE TAGGED FOR NEUTRALITY
The administrator who reconstructed this page is very anti-King and also very ignorant of the King of Fighters series. Her Surprise Rose was upgraded to a DM (not HDM) in KOF 2001 and in KOF 2002 and KOF Neowave it was upgraded to an HDM. The only comment I see in the Gameplay section that is correct is that she is a mind game character. She has additional abilities in KOF 96 when her gauge is at MAX, and in KOF 97 her Trap Shot move is a guard breaker. If you don't know how to use her or don't know s--t about 2D fighters, you're dumb for assuming she's weak in a particular game. Panda.

The article has improved greatly since my above comment. Very pleased with the response from the wikipedians. Since we've decided to include a gameplay section in this article, it should be precise. The 'king is fairly ineffective in XI' statement should be changed. Her down+forward slide kick makes her very effective up close. Her slide kick connects even from Weak punch and kick. You can connect a Double Strike, Top Venom, Under Venom, Trap Shot, Phantom, and Silent Flash from her slide kick. Also, she has the fastest CD/Blow back move in the series, less bosses. Panda
[edit] What's happened to King ?
Many of King's useful moves have been taken away, she has very little moves now in the KOF XI. The moves that were taken away were : Mirage kick, Mirage dance and Surprise rose. I personally think that when Surprise rose wasnt DM or HDM, it was much more useful. Why SNK has to take so many of King's moves away ? Please bring those moves back. Anyone agrees with me? Water
[edit] A Little Fix in the Trivia
The man who appears next to King in KoF 2002 is not Rock Howard, its Duke, Rock is still a kid by 2002 and also appear beside Terry during one of its winning poses. Can somebody with proper autorisation please fix this?

seeing as how this is a locked article, maybe it should be under closer surveillance in regards to registered users. unregistered users are at a disadvantage by not being able to correct things. this applies to all wikipedia articles. just my .02 though —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Swiftpanda (talk • contribs) 16:23, 2 February 2007 (UTC).
~~Just a couple pesterings that may want to be looked at.
- The restaraunt from AoF is called the L'amor. - In King's 2k ending, it seems that the implications of her being pregnant are still Takuma's wishful thinking (if you take their reactions and the fact that King is -very- family orientated and wouldn't even risk being in a tournament if there was even a slight chance that she was pregnant. - The first time she has been seen wearing a dress is on the cover of the KoF '98 cartridge art. - In AoF, she wears a white shirt and black pants.
